THE WEDDING LIST TIMELINE

You will have a million and one things to organise for your perfect day, but you can rest assured that your Concierge will make The Wedding List aspect as smooth as possible.
Experience has shown us the optimal timescale to ensure that you have the fullest choice of the best products for your list, that the guests have sufficient time to buy and that delivery is to your convenience, having ordered your special items.

Here are the milestones in the Wedding List process. Your Concierge will remind you of what’s needed in plenty of time, and guide you through every step.

BEFORE YOU SEND OUT YOUR INVITATIONS

Register with us, speak to your concierge about your requirements for your perfect wedding list. They will give you inserts to send out with your invitations so that your guests know about your list. Also, pick up your pack of special offers!

STEP 2

3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

CREATE YOUR LIST & CHOOSE YOUR GIFTS

While you may register at any time before your wedding there's no need to create your list before 3 months ahead, otherwise you may miss out on seasonal specials and the very latest brands. You can select your gifts online or arrange a meeting with a Concierge in one of our Wedding Lists stores who'll help you put together the perfect list for you.

STEP 3

6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

YOUR LIST OPENS FOR YOUR GUESTS TO BUY A GIFT

Any sooner and the guests may lose a sense of urgency and focus, any later and there'll be little time to manage the list or ensure delivery of special orders. If your guests log on to buy a gift earlier they will be able to elect to get a reminder email on the day the list opens.

The list will be the last thing on your mind, but thanks to the Guest Purchase Report you'll know who to thank for which gift when you see them!

2 DAYS AFTER YOUR WEDDING

CLOSING YOUR LIST

Experience shows that there's always someone who's a little late, so we leave the list open for a couple of days after your wedding.

FROM 4 WEEKS AFTER YOUR WEDDING

DELIVERY

Once you're back from honeymoon, we will contact you to update you on your list and arrange to deliver your gifts at your convenience.

ONGOING SERVICE

Your Concierge service is not over as soon as you've recycled the packaging! Your Concierge remains at your service to help you source replacements for any breakages, additional items, warranty issues, insurance receipts or any other matters relating to your list.
